when acquiring a business.
Selby Associates Acquisition Evaluation Service
can include:

Site Visit: We can accompany you on a visit to the
business during which we interview the Seller asking the critical questions
all Buyers should ask.

Recast Financials: We will prepare a recast of the
financials of the business to determine the true available cash flow
for the Buyer’s salary and debt service.

Fair Market Value: We will determine the most appropriate
price and terms.

Negotiating the Deal Structure: The Letter of Intent
(LOI) is a critical stage in the negotiation of the deal structure.
Buyers, as well as, CPA’s and attorneys with whom we have worked,
have stated that the Selby Associates LOI is the most comprehensive
that they have ever seen. The major benefit to the Selby Associates
LOI is that this document addresses all the terms and conditions of
